CCLINC Library Consortium: Accessing Your Library Account via the CCLINC Catalog

When using the CCLINC Catalog, you may notice the "Log in" link near the top right of the screen. This is the access point that allows a registered library card holder to login to view his or her library account.

To access your library account via the CCLINC Catalog, you will need to:

• have a library card from one of the CCLINC Libraries, and
• visit the Circulation Desk of any CCLINC library to register your PIN (Personal Identification Number) for logging in to your account.

To register at a CCLINC Library, you will need to:

• present a picture ID to verify your identity,
• provide basic information about yourself, and 
• give the library staff a four-digit number of your choice to use as your PIN (Person Identification Number). 

The staff member will enter the PIN into your patron account, and this will enable you to login to your account on the CCLINC catalog. Your PIN should be kept secure, as it is your private password.

To access the service after you have registered your PIN, click where it says Log in on the upper right hand corner of the Isothermal CCLINC catalog screen. Enter your library card number and your PIN when the screen prompts. 

When you have registered your PIN with a CMC library to access your account via the CMC Catalog, you will be able to:

• Check the accuracy of your library account contact information
• See what items you have checked out at all CMC libraries
• Check the due dates for every item you have currently checked out
• Check the status of any Requests you have placed
• Renew library materials that you already have checked out, provided they: 
  • are not overdue
  • have no holds set on them, and
  • are within the renewal limits established by the owning library.
